Cancellation Policy

We thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Accu-Cuts experience. We understand - life can be unpredictable and sometimes it's necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. Please contact the salon directly at 780-826-6385 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and we will gladly reschedule your reservation. Do not cancel via email or social media as we are busy behind the chairs and don't access these accounts frequently. Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time. We do our best to send our friendly appointment reminders through email and text the day before because we know how easy it is to forget. That said, sometimes due to technical glitches these may not be received. Please don't rely on our reminders for an upcoming appointment. For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours there may be a late cancellation fee that will be charged at your following appointment up to 50% of the service total. We will waive this fee the first time. In the event of a "no show" there will be a charge of 50% of the service total. We appreciate your understanding of our policy and your loyalty and support of our dedicated salon team.
